Introduce Community Goals to the Store Module!
You could display this as a widget to display on the website, or a URL such as /store/goal.

Community Goals could activate pre-defined sales or simply just be another statistic on the page. I think it would be a nice-to-have, specially for smaller servers where they require a few people to pitch in to keep the the server ticking each month, you could possibly even add a monthly-subscription style service to the store which would help with meeting monthly targets.

Unsure if this is even possible, nor how you'd design it to fit into the rest of the site!
