BackLimit Amount of Submissions can be sent to a Form
Basically a feature that can allow you to Limit the amount of submissions in a Form such as for Booking Events so you can limit 20 Players to book for that event.

Ban Appeal? Can only submit 1 appeal
Staff Application? Can only submit 1 application
Ticket/Help? Can only submit 3 times
This would be good to "ratelimit" those who want to spam forms.
