BackUpload Field [Forms Module]
I think, it explains itself ^^
A simple field where a user can upload a file.
Some settings for the admin to setup like a maximum filesize, specified file endings or some like that would be great too.
It's very nice for application forms but also for support forms for uploading screenshots or similar.
