For example, if you want to create a bug report, the development team needs the logs. For easier reporting and fixing the link looks like /bugreport?server=SERVERID&time=TIME and fills "server" with "SERVERID" and "time" with "TIME"

Hmm same feature i implemented to the Store Module, But yea i like the idea to add that to Forms module aswell!
