Just like "Formatting Forms"
Having HTML Post Formatting for the "Content" field when creating a new suggestion and possibly when a user replies to a suggestion.
Users can attach image ideas, create headings within their suggestion by making it bold, changing color and size... and create hyperlinks, bulletpoints and all that snazzy stuff.
