Seeing as everything is spanish on both their documentation and website, it's going to be very hard to actually implement a gateway for it as a non-spanish speaker.

Okay had a second look at it. To even create an account on their site so I can test their system. I require to verify that i'm a citizen of Brazil. Which I'm not (obviously) so this isn't going to be possible, at least for someone that isn't from there.
